Map: find a C.O.

We have been able to map the location of many conscientious objectors from the Second World War because their home address was registered as part of the process or reported in the press. Some will not be mapped correctly.

Note: In practice, the regions on the map are not absolute. The regions mapped are generally based on the first Tribunals attended. For example, if a registered conscientious objector attended the Manchester Tribunal initially, they will be mapped in North West England. In some cases, the concientious objector may have resided in a different region.
